CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION OR DEFERRED PAYMENT

Can I pay in installments for any type of item?

If you want to make a deferred payment, the article value must be more than € 300 and it can not be discounted. If the item meets these two conditions, you can pay it in installments without problem.

What is the amount I must pay to reserve an item?

The amount you must pay is the amount corresponding to 30% of the value of the item.

How can I make the reservation?

You can make the reservation by contacting us through the email info@estrenatubolso.com or through the WhatsApp link that you will find at the bottom of the page.

When and how should I make the following payments?

Between day 1 and day 5 of each month we will send you a reminder of the outstanding balance corresponding to your order. You must make a minimum monthly payment corresponding to 35% of the value of the item, being fully paid within 90 days from the date of reservation.

When will I receive my order?

We will send your order as soon as the item has been paid in full.

What happens if I do not make the minimum monthly payment?

If you do not make the minimum monthly payment you will lose the reservation of the item. We will make the reimbursement of the amount you have paid up to that moment minus 30% of the amount for management expenses.
