RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the item tomake any change or return.
For this, you must contact our customer service department via email devolucion@estrenatubolso.com, indicating the name and surname, order number and article reference.
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Likewise, the return must be made using the same box or envelope used in the delivery or, failing that, in a similar format that guarantees the return of the products in perfect condition.
If the returned item does not meet these conditions, it may be subject to depreciation.
In the event that the return is made because the item you have received does not satisfy you, the return costs will be borne by you. It also offers the possibility of sending us to pick up the item, discounting the amount of the shipment from the refund.
If you receive an item that does not correspond to your order or, exceptionally, a defective item, please inform us as soon as possible in order to offer you a solution. In the latter case, the return costs are free.
Once the item(s) to be returned has been received and the return has been approved, you will receive the amount of the returned items in the same form of payment with which you made the purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since the product was delivered to the carrier and you have not received the refund, contact us by sending an email to devolucion@estrenatubolso.com. Remember that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
