At Estrena tu Bolso, some items can be purchased as made-to-order when a customer requests a specific model that is not currently available on our website. Below you will find all the important details about how this special type of purchase works:
What does “Made-to-order” mean?
A made-to-order product is one that the customer specifically requests through our official channels (WhatsApp or email), indicating the exact model they wish to buy.
This means the item is not immediately available — we acquire it exclusively for you directly from the official store.
How does the purchase process work?
• Once the model is confirmed, our team will check availability and final pricing with the brand.
• The final price will be communicated to the customer before making the product available for purchase on the website.
• Once the customer confirms, we will publish the product on the website so the purchase can be completed using any of the available payment methods.
• When the order is successfully placed and marked as “accepted”, we will request the item directly from the brand.
• The preparation and shipping time may be longer than usual, as it depends on when the brand sends the item to our offices.
• Once we receive the product, it will be shipped to the customer at the address provided in the order.
Special Conditions for Made-to-Order Purchases
• The standard return policy does not apply: since the product is requested specifically and purchased as made-to-order, these items are excluded from the general return policy.
• Entrupy certificate not included: as the item is ordered directly from the brand at the customer's request, no additional Entrupy verification is performed. However, all items are 100% authentic, acquired directly from the official store.
• Items are shipped exactly as provided by the brand, including dust bag, original box, or any other official accessories.
• Personalized tracking: the customer will be informed at all times about the status of their order, from the request to final delivery.
